In this section you will find all of the Self-care tips and activities that we discussed in your session. For example, joint mobility and the imortance of doing activities that keep the joint mobile and allow for the muscle to function more smoothly. Also stretches that may assist you in your self-care routine, whether it is a specific body part or all of them. You will also find tips like, knowing the right time to use ice or heat for a sore or tender muscle and my favorite, staying hydrated. Drinking water and getting plenty of sleep are important self-care tips that we are all aware of but either forget or become preoccupied. That being said that is why the Self-care Corner exists, so you have a place to refer to the tips, activities and stretches, it is all right here.
